Pool & Spa Inspections
You can schedule this inspection with your “residential inspection” or as its own service. Our savvy team will dive in and take a look. We’ll meticulously check every visible pump, heater, and jet - spotting any leaks, malfunctions, or surprises that could dampen your time tanning under the valley sun.
11 Month Warranty Inspections
Right before that one-year builders warranty passes you by, we recommend you bring in a sharp-eyed third party to check things out. We’ll hop through your home top to bottom, reporting any defects that may have been undiscovered previously so you can double check that builder’s warranty to see if they are covered.
Pre-Drywall Inspections
