Meet Your Inspector
Hi! My name is Brandon Dupuis, founder and sole inspector at Desert Frog Home Inspections LLC located in Phoenix, Arizona. I was born in Alabama and raised in Florida by my mom—a dedicated and passionate teacher—who single handedly supported me and my sister.
After graduating with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Florida Polytechnic University, I relocated to Arizona six years ago when new opportunities arose that I couldn’t pass up.
I specialize in detailed residential home inspections for anyone in the valley. Leveraging my heavy background in testing and verifying the functionality of complex data center mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems along with my previous years of residential/commercial HVAC experience.
The Story Behind the Name
The name “Desert Frog” and our logo pays tribute to my college best friend Kevin Masculine, who unfortunately took his own life after struggling severely for years with his mental health; frogs were his favorite animal. Our slogan, “We Inspect Your Next Adventure,” reflects his outlook on life and is based on a common phrase he always used “This is your adventure”, calling out the fact that life is how you make it. That phrase and his kindness motivates me to give everything I do 110% and to support my clients in any way I can when it comes to making the important decision of buying their next adventure.
Backed By Experience
Seeking greater independence, a way to contribute positively to the community, and honor my friend, I completed 108+ hours of training at Inspection Training of Arizona—the only in-person home inspector school in the state—and their Parallel Training Program, which is the only program to be licensed by the Arizona State Board of Private Postsecondary Education. This education, along with my background and continuing education with InterNachi, prepares me for Arizona-specific home inspections.
In my free time, I game with my friends back in Florida, tackle DIY projects, do some amateur woodworking, and share my coffee creations with my wife.
